Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped from our place of business in Melbourne. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 days. Addittional delays might happen due to increased volume and holiday periods. 

Free postage on orders over $99 dollars. Or $10 dollars for standard shipping and $15 for express. We do not offer paid returns unless specificed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Any returned item are the expense of the customer.

If you have ordered a center piece candle please note these are made to order and can take 2-3 days before being shipped to you. 

If you are within Australia expect delivery within 2-8 days. Once an order is processed a picked up by our courier you will receive tracking information should we have your details to do so. 

If you have selected contactless pick up your order will be ready within 24 hours. You will receive and email notifying you that your order is ready for collection with the pick up address and collection details.

Please note orders cannot be canceled once they are packed for shipping and on their way to you.

Deliveries outside of Australia are unavilable at the moment.
